A New Beginning (revised January)

Hello, it's me, Otis. We intend to resume the enterprise. The following is a statement:

Harvey Bialy, the former and founding editor of "YBYL", totally retired from the AIDS wars on 12 May, because all of the scientific arguments that HIV could not possibly be a deadly pathogen have been proved for years, and he was finally, finally, tired of the political wars.

He thinks, as do we, that reading the contents of this web-journal from the top downwards will convince any person with half a working brain that the entire HIV/AIDS Establishment is nothing more than a horrible hoax that has been perpetrated for 25 years at the expense of the poorest of the poor.

He has since 12 May devoted all his time to his artwork. A HOMAGE TO, AND EXPOSITION OF, was recently held in the outdoor courtyard of the cathedral of Cuernavaca under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture.
