Great history lesson Hank. I did not know that up to 62,000 AIDS cases were not tested for HIV, talk about inflating numbers. 38% not even immune deficient diseases plus the HIV negative cases surely would drop the numbers significantly.

This HIV, home-team is a trip as they change the rules of the game as they go. It's time for the opposing side to kick some butt!
